title

The title signifies a few things.

As a teacher, I will emphasize the importance of using active voice in your writing.

As a father, I try to teach my kids to be active physically, mentally, emotionally.

As a human, I hope you all use your voices actively.

So let's get started . . . tomorrow.

Welcome back, ALHS.

  2. Hey--thanks for the comment . . . funny you said this, as another student felt the need to tell me today just how much her friends hate me.

I'm glad I read this comment to end my day on a high note.

  5. McBride-

It has come to my attention that you don't know any good British music...apart from The Beatles, The Who and the Ramones, probably more...but I mean MODERN British music, and seeing how I am British I feel it is my job, nay my duty to share some British music with you:)

So check out Seasick Steve, he sounds like blues mixed with redneck:] My favorite song is cut my wings which you can look up on youtube. I will make more suggestions when I have more time, until then-
