"championship"
Michael Hedges, Beyond Boundaries
Also, notice those 2 words at the bottom of the pic above--Guitar Solos. I love those 2 words together.
Listen to Hedges--he was a true innovator.
Got to go--the "BCS Championship Game" is on, & I'm not gonna go on a tangent about how corrupt the whole NCAA system in general & BCS specifically is, I'm just gonna go watch Oregon's sweet new unis in action.
For the record, I think Auburn wins, & I'm superstitious enough to type that because I'm rooting for Oregon.
Juniors:
Literary geography--you must think about "place" in your reading & in your life.
Remember that.
We'll go over the Prologue tomorrow.
Sophomores:
Library for SSR books, & a few of you used the time well. I appreciate that.
Back to the classroom & the nouns & pronouns.
be cool

ReplyDeleteI'm going to listen fully and intently to all of you except Chloe. Because I hate her."
aren't you going to tell about Michael Hedges, or are you waiting for poetry/ e.e. cummings? shouldn't you tell period 4? or was it 3?
ReplyDeleteand Chloe . . . I think you're swell :D
Just listened to Probot, I've got to say I was impressed. I listened to Red War, Big Sky, and Ice Cold Man first since they were sung by the lead singers of some my favorite bands. Ice Cold Man wasn't a favorite, much higher expectations from the ex-singer of Napalm Death(greatest grindcore band EVER) and Big Sky sounded nothing like Celtic Frost, but it was still pretty good. Red War was just amazing Max Cavalera and Sepultura never disappoint. -mustafa
ReplyDeleteAuborn, haha, gotta see this (not a true story, i hope)
